This end user agreement is a binding and legal contract between GRV Consulting who operate the web site "Net Marketing Club" (netmarketingclub.com) and you, the member. By completing the online membership application for Net Marketing Club you agree to abide by this end user agreement.
The Service
Net Marketing Club is an education resource that provides information related to creating and promoting businesses on the internet.
Guarantees
Whilst all due care will be taken to ensure continuity of service and the provision of accurate information, we provide no guarantee of accuracy or that the service will be available at all times.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Net Marketing Club and GRV Consulting against any and all actions or consequences arising from your use and/or misuse of the service.
Termination
You agree that GRV Consulting may terminate your member account at any time if it is believed that you are in breach of these terms. You have the right to appeal any decision but the final decision will rest solely with GRV Consulting. If you are found to be in breach of our terms and conditions your member account may be terminated without notice and any fees paid to GRV Consulting and it's partners will be forfeit.
GRV Consulting reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time it sees fit. In the case of any major alteration which may adversely affect existing clients, a notice detailing the changes will be sent to all members. Any minor changes will be noted on the main page of the Whirlwind Traffic web site.
Refunds
As our product is not a physical product and is delivered to you immediately we generally do not offer a refund on purchases of credits or upgraded membership. We may make exceptions in situations of personal hardship or extraordinary circumstances.
